Memoirs Of Vintage: REASONS TO SMILE

There are so many reasons for me to smile at life, and thank my lucky stars. Having the beach is one of the many things that is for me, a constant reminder of creation. We are all born with the gift of creation...creating art, creating laughter, creating life, etc... simply by virtue that we are created from the same source as the ocean...so vast, intriguing, and powerful. Our bodies and the earth are comprised of the same makeup. Both are 75% water...no coincidence! We share the same breath of life. Water is the main source that we have for energy, growth and renewing, the earth and our bodies.

I invite you to take a look at how the ocean affects your mind when you see beautiful pictures or in the presence. Acknowledge how it makes you feel. I don't think its some kind of secret, based on the amount of beach vacations that are taken, on and off season.

I am in love with the ocean. I feel most connected to the true essence of life when I get to be near it. There is a whole world underneath the ocean that some of us may never see. It is alive and well, and it serves a great purpose as well as all of us in this world.
